You will have (30) calendar days to return an item, or items, from the date you received it. You are responsible for shipping costs for returning your item(s). To be eligible for a FREE return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Consumers are responsible for giving a secure return shipping address, where applicable.

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive your credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping from the purchase will be deducted from your refund.

We deliver domestically within the United States which also includes Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Delivery typically takes (5-7) days via USPS Priority Mail after it ships from the facility, typically (2-3) days after purchase. Note that some items may take longer due to production but will not exceed (1) week before shipping. Every purchase will include a tracking number to verify shipping and delivery. We do not guarantee on-time deliveries after items leave from the facility. If you see any issues, or do not see your items on it's way after (1) week, please contact us to resolve the issue.
