How We Do It
We deliver domestically within the United States which also includes Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Delivery typically takes (3-5) days via USPS Priority Mail after it ships from the facility, typically (2-3) days after purchase. Note that some items may take longer due to production, COVID, and inflation but will not exceed (1) week before shipping. Every purchase will include a tracking number to verify shipping and delivery. We do not guarantee on-time deliveries after items leave from the facility. If you see any issues, or do not see your items on it's way after (1) week, please contact us to resolve the issue.
We also ship Internationally depending onUSPS delivery calculations.
Consumers are responsible for giving a secure shipping address, where applicable.
Returns and Refunds
How It Works
You will have (30) calendar days to return an item, or items, from the date you received it. You are responsible for shipping costs for returning your item(s). To be eligible for a FREE return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
Consumers are responsible for giving a secure return shipping address, where applicable.
Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive your credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
***Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping from the purchase will be deducted from your refund.***

All products will be covered for (30) days against issues arising from manufacturing defects and faults. This cover is only available to the original owner and is non-transferable. This cover is only applicable when purchased from NKFLCT.com.

Damage caused by general wear and tear, wear against abrasive surfaces such as rough seams, non-cycle specific clothing or under-saddle fenders.

Damage caused by UV (Sunlight or other natural phenomena), Fire, Bleach, Colored Materials or Bicycle Cleaners.

Rips, Burns, Tears and Damages due to accident, normal wear and tear, improper care, mis-use, or the natural breakdown of colors, finishes, and materials over time.

Damages caused by improper repair, adjustments or lack of maintenance.

Proof of purchase is not presented.

Consumers are responsible for giving a secure return shipping address where applicable. Consumers are responsible for the cost of shipping items to NKFLCT.com. Within the duration of this limited warranty, NKFLCT.com will, having deemed a claim warrantable, either repair or replace any defective product with the same or most nearly comparable model available.
